String of hearts (ceropegia woodii) is a trailing succulent that looks great on shelves or in hanging pots. This one comes in a 10cm nursery pot. 

Light: Prefers bright indirect, or dappled sunlight. You will see more growth if kept in good light conditions. 

Water: Let the soil dry out, and then water it thoroughly. Make sure you have good drainage, and that it's not left sitting in water. 

Toxicity: Non-toxic
