It's easy to see how this plant got its name, with its leaves hovering around like a fever of stingrays.
Light: Thrives in bright light. Direct sun will scorch the leaves though so no keeping it on a scorchy windowsill.
Water: Keep the soil moist and don't let it dry out. Little and often is a nice approach for this one. They are not hard to keep, but they are slightly diva-ish in that they do prefer warm water.
Humidity: This plant likes a normal to increased level of humidity.
Height and growth rate: They are fast growing in the right conditions and can get to about 90cm tall.
Feed: Apply a weak dose of a fertiliser around once a month during spring and summer.
Care tips: To help this plant really thrive, try to not skip on its monthly liquid fertiliser bender.
Toxicity: This plant is harmful if ingested, so keep out of reach from children and animals.
Origin: South East Asia.
