This large peace lily is beautifully in flower and is a classic for a good reason - they can handle less light than many houseplants, and it's very helpful they way they droop to tell you they are thirsty.  

Light: Moderate to bright indirect is preferred, but peace lilies are famously shade tolerant. 

Water: They really droop when they are thirsty. Water when the top 1-2 inches of soil has dried out.  If you've really let it dry out too far, soak it in your sink for an hour and it should recover. 

Humidity: Happy in regular household humidity levels but it would definitely love a misting now and then. Wipe the leaves every few weeks to keep them dust free. 

Height and growth rate: Moderately fast growing, it'll get to about one metre tall. 

Temperature: Happy in typical household temperatures, doesn't like to go too far below 12 degrees though. 

Feed: Feed with a weak dose of liquid fertiliser ever 3 weeks or so in the spring and summer. 

Toxicity: Mildly toxic if eaten.
