Philodendron white wave is a new-ish hybrid plant, the result of philodendron congo and philodendron white wave. Its a small upright plant that is easy to care for and pretty sophisticated looking if we do say so.
Light: Prefers bright indirect light, but will tolerate some shade too. Near an east or west facing window would be ideal. The variegation will be more pronounced if it gets a bit of bright light.
Water: Water when the top two inches of the soil are dry. You might notice the leaves curl up a bit or droop when it's thirsty. Allow the soil to dry fully between waterings in the winter months.
Humidity: No huge or difficult demands in terms of humidity, but they would like the odd misting.
Feed: Give your birkin a weak dose of liquid feed around every three weeks in the spring and summer.
Toxicity: Philodendron leaves are toxic to pets and humans.
