Shipping policy

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping for the average order is €9.00.

Shipping for large orders can be higher. It is based on weight and will be clearly shown at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Small to medium packages (that do not include large plants)

We dispatch orders Tuesday - Friday with DPD. We aim to get your order boxed as fast as possible, and once picked up by DPD they aim to deliver to you the next day. You will receive a DPD tracking link. Small plants are often packaged super carefully by us and sent using DPD. 

Medium to large packages containing plants

We aim to get your plant order to you within 5 days. We use a great courier company that collect from us and deliver to you the same or next day. You will receive a tracking link by email. The couriers can arrange to re-attempt delivery the next day if it is unsuccessful. If more attempts are required, you may be charged for additional delivery costs. 

Who delivers our packages? 

Depending on your location and what is in your order - it will either be hand delivered by a courier service, or next day delivery with DPD.

Plants are fragile... how are they shipped?

Rest assured we're pros at packing by now and take great care to make sure everything arrives safely. If you have any issues at all with items arriving damaged, let us know right away so we can remedy it. 

Where do we deliver to? 

We are now shipping to all counties in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Some larger items are available for delivery to a restricted area only. We're working to make all of our products available everywhere, if you have a particular query please email us and we will try to help. 

How to schedule the arrival of a gift 

After adding a product to your cart, you will see a calendar pop up at checkout. It will allow you to select an arrival date for your order. Your order will arrive on or 1-2 days before your selected date, and we will email you to notify you. You can also leave a gift message in the 'Notes' box at checkout and we will hand write it on a card for you. 

  

All of our orders are sent without price tags.

So rest assured if you've sent someone a gift. If you would like us to add a gift note, type your message into the 'notes' box at checkout. If you miss the notes box, drop us an email at hello@hopelessbotanics.ie or DM us on instagram. 

If you would like to schedule a gift to arrive on or close to a particular date, please use the calendar at checkout. Select your preferred delivery date from the calendar, and we will deliver your item on or 1-2 days before your chosen date.

We do not currently ship outside of Ireland.
