The Zamioculcas zamiifolia plant, (or more easily pronounced - ZZ!) is one of the hardest plants to kill. And when they do endure damage, they are capable of regeneration. These plants like to be pot bound and because they have huge roots, the nursery pot can often look a bit distorted. 

Light: Prefers bright, indirect light, but it can also grow in low light conditions. 

Water: Likes the soil to dry out, don't worry too much about letting it dry out. It stores a lot of water in the leaves, if it gets really thirsty you might see visual signs like limp foliage.

Height: Grows to about 1 metre tall and will stop there usually.

Feed: Weak dose of a liquid fertiliser once a month during spring and summer. 

Toxicity: Toxic if consumed.
