We're Hiring: Installations Projects Lead

We're looking for someone to join the team to lead our projects on our installations for offices, cafes and corporates. 

The successful candidate will lead on the design and delivery of indoor plants for our clients which range from Hotels, Cafes, Offices and residential homes and apartment buildings. This involves being flexible, and the ability able to work well and collaborate with interior designers and facilities managers. 

Required: 

Two years experience minimum working on site maintaining indoor plants in a similar role for a maintenance or fit out company. 

Excellent understanding of indoor houseplant varieties, their suitability to different environments and indoor plant care and maintenance.

Ability to work closely with a range of clients including customers, architects and interior designers. 

Excellent attention to detail, ability to plan accordingly and create and stick to deadlines. 

Full clean drivers licence and comfortable driving a van. 

Fluent written and spoken English.

We love people who are creative and think outside the box but can get things done. 

Can do attitude with a well developed and proven ability to communicate effectively and build and maintain good client relationships. 

An interest in biophilic design and understanding of basic interior design principles. Ability to think creatively and plan out designs and solutions for our clients across various environments. 

The role is a new position starting part time with the intention to develop to full time.

Working days are flexible. There will be some flexibility to create your own schedule. Based out of our shop in Dublin 8 with travel generally in Dublin. Salary will depend on experience. Own van not needed, but an advantage.
