Delivery

Small boxes are shipped nationwide using DPD. 

You will receive a notification when your box has been dispatched, and it will include a tracking number. We aim to get your order packed and picked up by our couriers within 1-2 days. 

Once dispatched, DPD aim to deliver to you the next day. We ship to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. 

Small plants (under 50cm tall) are typically shipped nationwide using DPD. 

Larger plants are delivered by a trusted hand delivery courier service. 

We package plants securely and the courier collects from us and deliver to you that afternoon/evening or next day. You will receive notification of dispatch. 

 

All of our orders are sent without prices, receipts or invoices.

So rest assured if you've sent someone a gift. 

Plants taller than 50cm cannot be delivered to Northern Ireland currently. 

Packaging plants takes so much time, care, attention and usually we are using custom boxes which are expensive. We know all of the time and effort in packing your items carefully is worth it so that you receive everything in good condition. 

Shipping for large orders can be higher. It is based on weight and will be clearly shown at checkout. If you have any queries at all, we'd love to hear from you, drop us an email or phone the shop. 

We aim to get orders out as soon as possible. 

You will receive a confirmation email to notify you when your order is being shipped.
